The new tube and injection molding manufacturing plant is located in Suzhou, China. It is 100k sq. ft., and includes German-engineered machinery and robotics.

The facility can produce a wide array of stock tubes and closures, in addition to fully customized closures. Complex tube and sleeve combinations can be manufactured on three high-speed, vacuum-forming extruders.

The facility is ISO 9001 certified, and designed for lean batch manufacturing with short lead times. It has automated resin blending and material handling for optimal efficiency. It is also equipped with an advanced planning system that permits scheduling based on machinery availability, securing guaranteed line time for customer orders.
